BUYER INSPECTION

When buying a home, you may elect to have the property thoroughly inspected before you close the deal. If you neglect this important task, you could end up discovering after you've completed the purchase that the home has problems you were unaware of.

A pre-listing inspection is the same as a residential home buyer’s inspection except the information is obtained by and for the seller. The seller can use this information to fix or repair any items prior to getting a ready, willing and able buyer because eventually, your buyers are likely going to conduct an inspection themselves. You should know what they are going to find by getting there first.

INSPECTION

WHOLE HOME INSPECTION

A whole-home inspection provides a visual inspection of the structural elements and mechanical systems of the home which are easily accessible. This usually includes the roof, heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, plumbing and fixtures, the attic, basements & foundations as well as the structure of decks and porches. The inspector will thoroughly survey the property and note if there are any visual limitations that may not allow them to inspect a certain area. Whole home inspections start at $300.
